For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "90jill," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 90jill online gaming platform operated at https://90jill.app, licensed and regulated by PAGCOR.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a 90jill account for any purpose, including browsing, gameplay, deposits, or withdrawals.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the 90jill platform after successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the player into their 90jill wallet that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional funds credited by 90jill to a player's account, which are subject to specific wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to or use of online gambling platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, and other features made available through the 90jill platform.

Access to and use of the 90jill platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organizations, and automated systems may not register accounts on the 90jill platform.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the platform. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the 90jill platform or imposed by PAGCOR or any recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law and must not be under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into such an agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 90jill or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.

To access real-money gaming services on 90jill, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may only maintain one active 90jill account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: All personal details provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact information — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account ownership: Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any credits or winnings associated with it to any other person.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly update your account information if any of your registered details change. Failure to maintain current and accurate information may result in account restrictions.

90jill reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, 90jill is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting real-money gameplay and processing withdrawal requests.

You will be required to submit the following documentation as part of the KYC verification process:

• A valid, government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or PRC ID).
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months).
• Additional documentation may be requested at 90jill's discretion, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership and source of funds declaration.

Until KYC verification is completed to 90jill's satisfaction, withdrawals will not be processed and deposit limits may apply. 90jill reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where KYC requirements cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled.

All financial transactions on the 90jill platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process in your account dashboard.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.
• 90jill does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
• All deposited funds are held in segregated accounts separate from 90jill's operational funds, in accordance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
• 90jill reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal request will be processed by 90jill.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 90jill account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus balances must be fully satisfied before the associated funds may be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• 90jill targets withdrawal processing times of under five (5) minutes for GCash and Maya during normal business hours; however, processing times may vary due to technical, compliance, or high-volume circumstances.
• 90jill reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud verification checks before processing any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal will be placed on temporary hold, and 90jill will notify the player via registered contact details.
• In the event of suspected fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms, 90jill reserves the right to freeze withdrawal processing pending investigation.

90jill offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 90jill reserves the right to withhold, modify, or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player is engaging in bonus abuse or exploiting promotional offers.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified for each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may be capped at a maximum withdrawal limit, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• 90jill reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform and are effective immediately upon publication.
• Bonuses credited in error are not valid and will be reclaimed. Any winnings generated from erroneously credited bonuses are void and will be removed from the player's balance.

All games available on the 90jill platform are operated subject to the following general gameplay terms:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 90jill system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. The result of the bet will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that affects the outcome of a bet, the affected round will be declared void and wagers will be returned to the player's balance. 90jill is not liable for any wins or losses resulting from a verified technical malfunction.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for each game in the game information panel.
• 90jill reserves the right to void any bet or gaming session where there is evidence of system abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or circumvention of game rules.
• Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. 90jill's trading decisions on sports betting markets are final.
• Live dealer game decisions are final once the result has been announced by the dealer and confirmed by the system. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the relevant game session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 90jill platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to automate gameplay, betting decisions, or account interactions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker, sports betting, or any other game format available on 90jill.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or structuring of transactions to evade detection under Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 90jill platform or any of its games for financial gain. Such exploits must be reported to 90jill support immediately upon discovery.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location when accessing 90jill.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the 90jill platform, whether for personal use, to circumvent restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with 90jill.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 90jill staff, support agents, or other players on the platform.

90jill is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered 90jill players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them of time spent on the platform during a single session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming activity are available for all players.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled.

All content on the 90jill platform — including but not limited to the 90jill brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, promotional materials, software, and underlying technology — is the exclusive intellectual property of 90jill or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 90jill platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software on the 90jill platform without prior written consent from 90jill.
• Third-party game content is licensed to 90jill by its respective game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any unauthorized use of such content is a violation of both these Terms and applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90jill's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 90jill account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

90jill shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any nature, even if 90jill has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to service, server downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond 90jill's reasonable control.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Gambling losses incurred during normal gameplay on the 90jill platform, which are a foreseeable consequence of engaging in real-money gaming.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

90jill collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your continued use of the 90jill platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting 90jill support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and 90jill, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable to regulated gaming matters.

For game-related disputes, you must raise the matter with 90jill support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. 90jill will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. 90jill's decision on game dispute outcomes is final and binding, subject to PAGCOR oversight.
